Location - West Yorkshire - x5 days per week
* £40,000 - £45,000 Basic Salary

The Role:
As Claims Centre Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in leading a dynamic team of 22, including three team leads. You’ll drive operational excellence, ensuring productivity and performance meet the highest standards while fostering a supportive and motivated work environment. This is an opportunity to make a real impact by designing and implementing productivity models and helping shape the future of our growing claims centre.
Key Responsibilities:
* Team Leadership: Oversee and support three team leads, ensuring effective management of their teams and providing guidance as needed.
* People Management: Conduct 1-2-1 meetings, manage performance reviews, and handle all aspects of employee relations, including disciplinaries and sickness leave.
* Motivating & Performance Management: Inspire and engage your team, creating a culture of accountability and continuous improvement to achieve KPIs and business objectives.
* Operational Excellence: Develop and refine productivity models, ensuring optimal team performance and efficiency.
* KPI Management: Monitor, analyse, and report on team KPIs, taking proactive steps to address performance gaps and capitalize on strengths.
* Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure alignment and contribute to the overall success of the business.
About You:
You’ll be an experienced Claims leader with a proven track record in managing teams within a fast-paced environment. With strong interpersonal skills, you’ll know how to motivate and support your team while driving performance.
Skills & Experience Required:
* Experience working within the automotive repair or accident management sector would be a distinct advantage.
* Proven experience in people management, including handling disciplinaries and sickness leave.
* Strong motivational and coaching skills to foster a high-performing culture.
* Expertise in setting and managing KPIs to achieve business goals.
* Experience designing and implementing productivity models.
* A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a commitment to delivering results.
