ASAP Start | £85-£95 per day | Full-time, Full Academic Year A secondary school in Bradley Stoke is seeking a Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant to start ASAP. This role is ideal for a graduate or experienced TA passionate about supporting students with SEN, behavioural needs, and mental health challenges. You'll work 1:1 and in small groups with students across KS3 and KS4, helping manage behaviour and provide tailored support alongside teaching staff and the SEN team. Key Responsibilities -
Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant - Bradley Stoke Support students with SEN, Autism, ADHD, and SEMH needs
Deliver 1:1 and small group interventions
Assist with behaviour management and de-escalation
Help create a positive, inclusive learning environment
Ideal Candidate -
Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant - Bradley Stoke Graduate (2:2 or above) or experienced TA
Confident, patient, and resilient
Experience with young people (education, youth work, care, etc.)
Behaviour management skills essential; restraint/de-escalation training a plus
