Job summary Jersey Hospice Care is looking for a Palliative Sister/Charge Nurse (Band 5) to join our In Patient Unit on a permanent, full-time basis. The postholder will act as a practitioner with professional accountability to effectively plan, deliver, and evaluate palliative care to patients within Jersey Hospice Care.
