Salary Band 3 (£25,183 to £27,269)
Working Pattern: Full Time, 36.25 hours per week

About the Role
We are seeking a Business Support Officer who shares our commitment to customer care. As part of the Place Business Support Team, you will assist in providing business support to a number of services within the Place Directorate, primarily supporting the Regulatory Services Team. You will deal with correspondence and incoming calls from both internal and external customers and use a variety of back-office systems to complete a range of tasks.
The successful candidate will need to have good communication skills, the ability to work within a team, and be able to work on their own initiative. You must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel, and experience with Civica APP would be an advantage, although training will be provided. Working as part of a busy team, you will possess excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of Regulatory Services would be an advantage.
