What You’ll Bring
Qualifications: Level 5 Health and Social Care (Leadership and Management) or equivalent.
Experience: Proven track record of managing a care home and delivering outstanding care.
Leadership Skills: A strong ability to inspire, lead, and support your team.
Expertise: Excellent knowledge of dementia care and the unique needs of older adults.
Regulatory Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of CQC regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee the delivery of high-quality residential and dementia care, ensuring residents’ needs and preferences are at the centre of everything.

Manage the home’s operations, ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and health and safety standards.
