What's next?
Our Recruitment Team will be reviewing applications and all candidates will receive a response, whether you are successful or unsuccessful. Shortlisted applicants may be asked to confirm a few key details before being booked in for a first stage interview with the Recruiter- this will be behaviourally focused and centred around how you align with our Culture and Values. If successful we anticipate two further interview stages with the Hiring Manager/wider team which will be more technically focused and could include a presentation/task so we can see your skills in action.
Minimum Requirements
* 3+ years experience working within a design role
* Bachelors degree in Fashion design or similar
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.)
* Ability to design both trend led, commercial & conceptual ranges
* Ability to create clear & detailed tech packs
* Experience communicating with factories and managing ranges from initial design through to production. Ensuring these are executed to the highest standard and in a timely manner.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
* Excellent presentation skills. Able to communicate ideas in a clear and enthusiastic way
* Experience with knitwear design
* Dynamic & adaptable
* Ability to take direction and work independently.
* Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
* A positive approach to tasks and new challenges
* Be a key member of the design team, sharing knowledge and skills with the wider team
* Able to work well within an established team, whilst bringing new, fresh ideas.
