Cold calling: Initiating outbound calls to businesses to introduce the company and services and generate interest. Establish needs and wants through use of open and closed questioning skills. Providing information: Clearly and effectively communicating the features, advantages, and benefits of our products and services. Appointment setting: Scheduling appointments for interested prospects to further discuss our services with our Sales Team. Follow-up: Maintaining a follow-up system to nurture leads and convert them into customers. Database management: Updating and maintaining accurate records of interactions, prospects, and customer information. Collaboration: Coordinating with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads. Full training will be given in the use of our telephone and computer systems. ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE Proven experience in a Telesales role Cold calling, telephoning, telemarketing & booking appointments.
