Our client is a leading independent healthcare provider who are looking for short-term support within their Employee Relations team. Due to some current absences within the team, they are looking for an experienced Employee Relations Manager who can support the remaining team with case load management over the next three months.
It is imperative that the Employee Relations Manager brings strong written communication skills and demonstrable experience in managing a varied caseload. Healthcare experience would be preferable, however a general commercial background in areas such as retail would also be considered.
This role is 100% remote and will run for three months initially. We have an assignment rate on offer of £400 per day inside IR35 and immediate starts available.
For this role, you will need:
* Minimum of 5 years’ experience as Employee Relations Manager
* Demonstrable experience managing a large and varied case load
* Strong written communication skills (ability to write reports and outcome letters to a high standard)
* Healthcare background or experience in commercial business also considered
