You will be joining a growing technology business in a standalone credit control and receivables role.
Your new role
This is a varied role that covers all aspects of the order to cash cycle. Your varied duties will include:
- Credit checking new and existing customers, monitoring risk and making recommendations regarding credit limits
- Monitoring accounts to minimise aged debt and keeping customer records accurately updated
- Producing accurate and timely invoices
- Chasing payments by telephone, email and letter
- Working in collaboration with other areas of the business to resolve any queries or invoice related disputes
- Allocating payments
- Reconciling customer accounts
- Reporting on aged debt
What you'll need to succeed
Experience of working in a similar role, covering all aspects of credit control and accounts receivable management. You will be a strong communicator with a proven track record of building solid internal and external relationships. You will have a proactive approach to credit control and be able to manage the entire process in a sole charge AR role. Strong levels of numeracy and accuracy are required.
