Staffline Recruitment Ireland are delighted to be partnering with our Client in the search for a Team Leader to join their well-established team Belfast. Candidates must be flexible to work a four-week rotating shift pattern, which includes both day and night shifts, weekends, and Bank Holidays. Shift hours are from 7 AM to 7 PM and 7 PM to 7 AM. We're looking for a dedicated Team Leader to oversee operations, manage performance, and ensure compliance within our Security Operations Centre. Key Responsibilities: Lead and support the shift team to achieve KPIs Maintain and improve service quality and compliance Monitor team performance, morale, and development Provide training, coaching, and one-on-one support Assist in resolving customer complaints and reporting Ensure Health & Safety and industry standards are met Must-have: ? Minimum 2 years of supervisory/ team lead experience in an operational role ? 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) including English & Maths (Grade C or above) ? Strong IT skills, including MS Office (Excel proficiency required) ? Professional, confidential, and self-motivated approach ? Excellent written & verbal communication skills ? Strong organisational, time management, and leadership skills ? Based in the UK for a minimum of 5 years with a good level of written and verbal English communication.
