Do you have good knowledge of generators or diesel engines and are looking to take the next step in your career?
On offer is the chance to be responsible for the repairs, fault finding, servicing, diagnostics, and overall maintenance of Diesel Generators while working with a well-established service team. The company places a large emphasis on training and development and has high staff retention.
Role & Responsibilities:
1. Monday to Friday 40 hours
2. Carry out planned service and maintenance of customers' generators.
3. Liaise with external departments and customers.
4. Service, fault find, and carry out breakdown repairs.
5. Comply with the company's Health and Safety policy.
6. Log paperwork correctly and efficiently.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
1. Experience with mechanical/electrical engineering or diesel fitting.
2. Must be familiar with electronic systems and mechanical components (including engines and alternators).
3. Apply proper engine technical skills in inspection and disassembly.
4. Utilization of the proper testing equipment for effective repair and maintenance.
5. Ex-Forces.
