We are recruiting for a full time assistant to join the Business Administration. This is an exciting opportunity to extend or brush up your existing admin skills in a very busy department where no two days are alike. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, who is self-motivated while working from home or the office. It is essential that you are enthusiastic about and have experience of providing excellent customer service, you enjoy working with numbers, have attention to detail and have an ability to learn multiple financial and processing systems quickly. Experience of working in a similar field would be an advantage when dealing with the varied and sometimes complex enquiries from residents and stakeholders about their accounts, invoices, payment queries or advice about buying a council property. The intention is for the postholder to work predominately from home however, it is a requirement to attend our offices or sites within Warwick District as required.
