Purpose
We have a vacancy within the Service Department for a Case Clean Engineer covering convenience stores & Supermarket contracts across Southampton, reporting to the Support manager
Key Responsibilities
• To carry out Case Cleans within store trading hours.
• Highlight any issues to the area supervisor.
• Manage time on site to ensure contracted hours are fulfilled.
• Highlight any Extra to contract works.
• To carry out a case clean also provide support for the Team Leader.
• Ensure your workload is carried out to the case clean specification
• Maintain the effective operation of a case clean, reporting to the Team Leader.
• To work under and help the Team Leader to ensure the smooth running of our operation
• Maintain effective working relationships with each Customer
• Contribute to quality development and improvement of our services.

• Ability to use own initiative and pay close attention to detail.
• Ability to cope with competing demands and prioritise tasks.
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent communication, organisational, and time management skills.
