Are you a people-first HR professional with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for making workplaces thrive? At Encore Group, we’re on the lookout for an experienced HR Advisor to join our growing team and help us shape a positive, high-performing culture across the business.
This is no ordinary HR role. It’s your chance to dive into the full spectrum of generalist activity, partner with stakeholders at every level, and truly influence how we do things – all while being part of a fast-paced, friendly, and forward-thinking environment.
What you'll be doing:
From day one, you’ll be rolling up your sleeves and getting stuck into a wide range of HR projects and day-to-day tasks, including:
* Supporting managers with confident, consistent advice on everything from employee relations and wellbeing to policies and best practices
* Helping us maintain and improve our HR systems (we live and breathe Excel – so bring your formulas!)
* Championing the employee experience – from onboarding to exit interviews and everything in between
* Owning key HR processes like contracts, pay updates, and job descriptions with a sharp focus on quality and accuracy
* Playing a key part in engagement initiatives, training delivery, and business-wide people projects
* Being the go-to person for data insights, reporting, and HR system know-how
What we’re looking for:
You're someone who gets it – someone who can juggle the detail without losing sight of the big picture. To really thrive in this role, you’ll need:
* CIPD Level 5 (or working towards it)
* 3+ years of solid generalist HR experience
* Great Excel skills and confidence using HR systems
* Fantastic communication and relationship-building abilities
* A proactive mindset and the confidence to take initiative
* A full UK driving licence (you may travel between sites occasionally)
Bonus points for:
* Experience with People Hub or Team Tailor
* A degree-level qualification
* A natural flair for process improvement and spotting opportunities for better ways of working
