Essential Requirements: At least 3 months' experience in an educational setting (e.g., as a teaching assistant or similar role). A fully enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) certificate or willingness to obtain one. EWC registration (Education Workforce Council) as a school learning support worker. An understanding of additional learning needs within an educational context. Right to work in the UK.
