£80-90k (max we do not have more than this so please only apply if this range suits) + 20% bonus
My Product Path are seeking an experienced Lead Product Manager to drive product strategy and lead cross-functional teams for an industry-leading B2B2C Travel company. Please note this role requires travel 6-8 times per year to Miami & sometimes China and the role is client facing so you need to have had client facing experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Define and execute the product strategy, aligning with both business objectives and customer needs.
* Develop and prioritize a product roadmap that drives growth and enhances the user experience.
* Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and sales teams to ensure smooth execution and delivery of product goals.
* Lead and mentor a team of product managers, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
* Leverage customer insights, market research, and competitive analysis to inform product decisions.
* Use data-driven insights to continuously improve product performance and user satisfaction.
* Ensure alignment between the product strategy and key stakeholders across the business.
What We're Looking For:
* 6-10+ years of product management experience, with a proven track record of leading successful product launches.
* Strong leadership skills, including the ability to manage and mentor a team of product managers.
* Experience working across the entire product lifecycle, from concept to post-launch optimization.
* Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong communication skills, able to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Experience in travel, benefits, or loyalty industries is a plus.
