Vacancy: Personal Assistant to Digital And Data Director
Location: Hybrid (Occasional visit to Angel Court office in London)
Permanent / Contract: Permanent
Salary Range: From £40000 per annum, plus Bupa Benefits
Hours: Full time / 37.50 Hours per week.

The role
We currently have a new and exciting career opportunity for Personal Assistant with proven relevant experience in senior executive support, to provide full high level support our Digital And Data Director.
The role will be varied, therefore you will need to be flexible, adaptable and reliable. You'll support key activities as well as providing high quality business and administrative support.
The successful candidate will work closely with their reporting line, and will need to develop good relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels across the Bupa organisation.
You’ll help us make health happen by
1. Provides full PA support to the Director including diary management
2. Work closely with the Director to provide support in key areas to their direct reports
3. Ensure the Director is prepared for all necessary meetings and have the required documentation
4. Minuting meetings
5. Support with engagement initiatives and confidential project work,
6. Support the leadership team with engagement initiatives and confidential project work, as required
7. Supervision of all purchase order activities within the department using PeopleSoft E-purchasing and expense for the Directors.
8. You may occasionally be assigned additional responsibilities not listed, but still within your remit
Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role
9. Experience at a senior secretarial level.
10. A good level of competence in the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Explorer.
11. Excellent office and organisation skills.
12. Ideally be familiar with Sharepoint.
13. Good interpersonal skills; ability to develop open and honest working relationships with all colleagues.
14. Experience of organising events.
