The Role – Content & Channels Manager – Owned Channels
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Commercial Team as Content & Channels Manager – Owned Channels. The successful candidate will lead on the content output planning and delivery, and performance of The Open, AIG Women’s Open and Membership website and apps, collaborating with video, social media and editorial teams to ensure that the content output delivers on the commercial, marketing and content strategies for The Open, AIG Women’s Open (AIGWO) and Membership.
This is a full-time permanent position working 35 hours per week.
First round interviews are expected to take place early January.

Who We Are Looking For
The ideal candidate will have the following experience and attributes:
* HNC/D level qualification, or equivalent relevant working experience.
* Experience of leading a team at major sports events.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Proven track record of using planning tools (preferably Monday.com) to deliver clear concise short / medium term content plans and leading on the execution of those plans.
* Ability to ideate and deliver engaging short and long form editorial.
* Ability to engage with key internal stakeholders as well as outside agencies, media outlets and other golf entities.
* Working knowledge of Sitecore/Kentico CMS.
* Working knowledge of Google Analytics.
