Job summary An exciting opportunity has arisen for the right individual to fulfil role of Head of Emergency Preparedness, Resilience and Response (EPRR). This is a permanent, full-time position (37.5hrs per week) commencing in March 2025. The post holder is accountable for all aspects of EPRR (including HART) within SCAS, ensuring that the services are delivered to agreed quality, financial and legal standards. The post holder requires strong leadership skills and experience to drive change in line with the strategic direction of the Trust. You will lead a diverse team of people, and the role will require strong working relationships across internal and external stakeholders. Main duties of the job To support the Assistant Director of Operations by providing operational leadership and accountability for a delegated department of SCAS. As a senior manager within South Central Ambulance Service you will be required to provide strong leadership to your team to ensure the effective provision of services, and to champion change in the organisation.
