The Opportunity
We are looking for a motivated, creative and technically strong Interior Designer to join our team. From Development of concepts, FF&E design and space planning, the successful candidate will have experience creating and presenting considered design schemes that exceed client expectations.
With a strong understanding of suppliers and manufacturing techniques to ensure the highest standards and best design solutions, you will be creating FF&E loose furniture proposals for Residential BTR schemes, amenity spaces and student accommodation.
Working alongside our other Designers, Product and Project teams, you will be managing multiple projects in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
About you
Creative, conscientious, organised and efficient, you have a critical eye for detail, taking pride in the work that you produce.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, both in-person and virtually, with the ability to explain thoughts and ideas succinctly.
A strong team player, who is flexible and enthusiastic. Able to work independently, as part of a team, or with senior management to deliver exceptional design solutions.
Patient, level-headed and cool under pressure with a hands-on approach.
Knowledge & Skills
Knowledge of commercial interior design & design process
Experienced at using AutoCAD, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Microsoft Office.
