The UOP EATCA Finance team plays a critical role in supporting UOP business' financial strategy within Europe, Turkey, Central Asia and Sub-Saharan Africa. The team is responsible for consolidating regions' financial results, preparing month-end reporting, serving as liaison with regional sales team, tracking operational improvement actions and supporting the AOP, STRAP, and forecast processes. This role is an integral part of the UOP regional team and collaborates closely with senior management, providing data-driven recommendations related to operations, finances, and overall business strategy.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive monthly Orders, Revenue and Direct Margin forecasting working with regional sales leaders.
* Analysis and Insights of functional cost, including monitoring cost centers and tracking variances against trends and budgets.
* Identify Risks and Opportunities to the forecast and AOP.
* AOP / Formal Forecast preparation & analysis.
* Partner with leadership to drive an effective finance MOS.
* Train new team members.
* Identify improvement areas and implement process improvements.
* Establish clear work processes.
* Work independently.
* Effective cross-functional collaboration.
You Must Have
* Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
* Financial Experience.
