Lead change management initiatives related to workforce planning. Ensure compliance with public sector standards and regulations. Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the workforce. Profile A successful 'Workforce Planning Lead' should have: Proven experience in workforce planning ideally within a public sector and government environment.
