Great chance to enjoy your afternoons and evenings in this role Location: Bournemouth No Live In We are currently recruiting for a Head Chef to work in a hotel in Bournemouth. The Hotel is very popular with coach parties and only serves breakfast and dinner. You will work 6 days per week working breakfast and then the dinner shift, 4 hours per shift on 45 hrs or over 5 days 37.5 hrs. Key Responsibilities Provide support to cooks and service staff Producing and serving night shift dinner for 70/80 people Completing general preparation for the next shift General cleaning and stocking fridges and counter shelves Duties include pot wash and dishwasher Set up and service on the counter General cleaning Customer service Storing food Key Responsibilities of the role include: Maintaining high standards of hygiene and food preparation Preparation of fresh quality dishes with good quality ingredients locally sourced. Preparation, cooking and presentation of food to agreed standards.
