The Position
We're looking for an energetic, results-driven Business Development Manager for the Commercial Construction sector. This is an exciting opportunity to lead business development efforts, manage strategic client relationships, and build a top-tier sales and support team. The ideal candidate will possess a 'Win-It-All' attitude, thrive in dynamic environments, and have proven experience in sales growth and complex solution selling.
The Candidate
* Experience: Minimum of 5 years of successful sales experience in the commercial construction industry, with a focus on solution selling, complex sales cycles, and contract negotiations.
* Skills: Strong skills in acquisition, negotiation, and relationship management. Ability to navigate large, high-stakes deals and work collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders.
* Self-Starter: A proactive and strategic thinker with the ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
