Drive Customer Engagement & Loyalty at Pets at Home About the Role Were looking for a passionate and strategic CRM Manager to take the lead on customer communications, driving engagement, sales and customer lifetime value. Reporting to the Senior CRM Manager, youll shape and activate targeted CRM campaigns, enhance personalised customer journeys and optimise multi-channel experiences to increase loyalty across our pet care ecosystem. This role offers hybrid working from our Support Office in Handforth, Cheshire (two days per week in the office). Key responsibilities will include; Developing and delivering targeted, data-driven CRM campaigns to engage and retain customers Working cross-functionally to align CRM strategies with commercial priorities, to support our full offering of products, Grooming, Vets and Insurance Championing customer insights to refine messaging, offers and personalisation strategies Leading and mentoring CRM Executives while managing relationships with external partners Overseeing CRM campaign execution, from test-and-learn initiatives to full-scale deployment Collaborating with analytics teams to measure performance and continuously optimise strategies Supporting the Senior CRM Manager and stepping in as needed to ensure seamless operations About You Proven experience in CRM strategy and activation within a consumer-focused environment Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels Strong creative skills with a passion to deliver the message well and grow engagement. Highly commercial with appreciation for analysis and using data to inform decision-making and campaign optimisation Customer-first mindset with a passion for personalisation and engagement Strong organisational skills, able to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively Experience working with external suppliers and within multi-agency environments (desirable) Why Join Us?
