This role requires outstanding analytical skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to navigate complex business environments. You will be responsible for Identify and asses potential growth and investment opportunities, evaluating their financial performance, integration potential (including synergies) and strategic viability to help proactively build and maintain the pipeline Conduct detailed market research, competitive analysis, and industry benchmarking to identify key trends and opportunities Build and maintain an in-depth understanding of the company's industry, competitors, and market dynamics Lead and support end-to-end M&A activities, including target identification, due diligence, valuation, deal structuring, and negotiation (price and SPA elements) Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as legal, finance, and operations, to ensure successful deal execution and integration Develop comprehensive financial models and perform financial analysis to support investment decisions Engage and communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including senior executives and external advisors Analytical thinking and ability to prepare concise analysis and messaging for C-suite executives You will need ACA/CA/CFA or equivalent professional qualification Experience in corporate development, strategy, investment banking and/or M&A Advisory Strong project management and multi-tasking ability Strong understanding of a deal timeline and deal mechanics Great communication skills Excellent analytical skills (numeric, financial, strategic, etc)
