The Role
We’re on the lookout for a Support Technician to join our in-house IT & Tech team. In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for IT support across the organisation, ensuring our internal and external customers get the best out of our systems. From troubleshooting and maintaining software to keeping security tight, you’ll play a key part in keeping everything running smoothly.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Serving as the first point of contact for IT support – solving issues and keeping things running seamlessly.
* Installing, configuring, and maintaining software and hardware across our computer and network systems.
* Diagnosing and troubleshooting software and hardware issues.
* Ensuring the security of client and server computers by installing and upgrading antivirus and firewall software
* Supporting people whenever they encounter challenges with computers and network devices
* Maintaining and updating technical documentation regularly
* Testing new hardware and software before full-scale installation
* Professional accreditation will be supported and encouraged within this role.
* Regularly visiting our Brighton office and maintaining strong relationships across departments.

🏢 Office-Based Role – This position requires you to work from our offices 5 days per week to provide hands-on support and maintain a strong presence across the organisation. The primary office is our Farringdon office, with regular visits to our Brighton office.
