We are looking for a Risk and Compliance Manager to oversee safety risk management, compliance, and risk governance across the Trust. You will lead the risk management function, ensuring a robust risk register system, providing advice, and managing the compliance team to meet regulatory and commissioner standards.

About You:
* Educated to Master's degree level or equivalent, with experience in clinical governance.
* Vocational qualification in health or management-related subject.
* Genuine interest in risk and compliance.
* Collaborative, adaptable, and eager to contribute to the Trust's success.
Main duties of the job:
* Lead and maintain the Trust's risk management systems, ensuring alignment with local, care group, and corporate risk registers.
* Ensure risk management principles are integrated into Trust policies and strategies.
* Oversee compliance with national guidelines, including NICE, and manage reporting of the Trust's compliance status.
* Manage the distribution and compliance of CAS alerts across the Trust.
* Lead the clinical guidelines and policy management, including organising policy reviews and meetings.
* Provide advice and support to colleagues on all matters of risk and compliance.
