As a Warehouse Assistant at DFS, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse. Your responsibilities will include handling both inbound and outbound stock, from unloading deliveries and managing stock control, to safely packaging and loading furniture for customer orders. You will be expected to use equipment such as pallet trucks and scanners, while following strict Health & Safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a commitment to safety, and a proactive approach to supporting the warehouse team in meeting daily targets. Book in deliveries and ensure stock control. Manage stock rotation. Follow Health & Safety procedures. Outbound: Package furniture safely and efficiently. Complete necessary paperwork for orders. Load furniture onto delivery vehicles with care. Scan products using our NAV system. Adhere to Health & Safety protocols. The role is for you if You can work efficiently and safely in a warehouse environment. Strong attention to detail. Good communication skills. A commitment to maintaining high Health & Safety standards. Experience with pallet trucks is desirable.
