This role is for an Interim HR Manager for an initial 6 month FTC, who will be responsible for leading and managing complex Employee Relation issues. The successful candidate will have manage a small team and have a strategic focus, with an ability to manage daily HR operations and deliver HR services.

Lead and manage the HR department, ensuring delivery of efficient and effective HR services
Manage complex casework
Support HR team in ER.
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
Assess and anticipate HR-related needs, developing integrated solutions
Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource managementProfile
A successful candidate should have:
Proven working experience in HR management or other HR senior roles
Excellent knowledge of employee relations.
Healthcare or public sector background would be ideal but not essential.
Proficient understanding of labour law and HR best practices
Excellent leadership and people management skills
Ability to start in the next few weeks.Job Offer
