Salary: Up to £35,000 (DOE) + annual bonus & benefits
Location: Edinburgh or Glasgow, Permanent
Office Attendance: Our roles are hybrid; however, you should be able to travel to our Edinburgh office, 2 days per week for this position.
We’re looking for a CRM Executive to join our Insurance Money and Services team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Support the delivery of CRM campaigns across multiple channels and touchpoints.
2. Help deliver acquisition campaigns to Clubcard customers and support engagement and service communications.
3. Develop creative communications for Clubcard customers, including new business acquisition emails and retention communications.
4. Coordinate the delivery of CRM campaigns to reach and acquire more Tesco Insurance customers directly.
What you’ll be doing:
1. Contributing to the development and delivery of CRM marketing communications to support the business plan.
2. Working on campaigns designed to create strong engagement with our customers and improve retention.
3. Testing and trying new activities to reach and engage more customers.
4. Collaborating with our Marketing Comms team to create impactful offers and communications.
5. Prioritising own workflow and ensuring work is completed to required standards of productivity, quality, and timeliness.
We need you to have:
1. Strong collaboration skills to coordinate with other colleagues.
2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
3. Great organisational skills to manage multiple campaigns and priorities.
And if you have any of these, even better:
1. An understanding of the insurance industry.
2. Experience working in a financially regulated environment.
3. Previous experience working in a customer service role.
4. Previous experience in a marketing role.
