As a Chef de partie, you will be the cornerstone of our kitchen operations, collaborating closely with the Head Chef to uphold the highest standards of culinary excellence. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking, a talent for menu development, and the ability to inspire and lead a team.
Responsibilities:
1. Maintain Standards: Ensure the highest standards of food hygiene and health and safety are upheld at all times.
2. Monitor Efficiency: Oversee portion and waste control to maintain profit margins.
3. Leadership: Run the kitchen in the Head Chef's absence, ensuring smooth operations.
4. Team Inspiration: Inspire and motivate your team to achieve culinary excellence.
