This informal and relaxed family is looking for a live-in Nanny/Family PA who thrives off supporting a busy household.
The ideal candidate will be fun, imaginative, creative, and able to use their initiative. The two girls, aged 7 and 3, love spending time outdoors as well as being creative with arts and crafts, role play, and gymnastics. They would love to find someone who can engage in fun activities around the children’s interests, as well as helping to keep the home running smoothly. The 7-year-old is at full-time school and the 3-year-old attends a farm nursery each day, so during the day there will be time to carry out childcare-related duties such as laundry and keeping their bedrooms and play areas tidy. An interest in food and cooking would be great, along with experience in encouraging the children to eat well and getting them to help you cook too.
Both parents work full-time, own their own businesses, and commute to London weekly. They are looking for a trustworthy, reliable, and organized live-in nanny who has a proactive independent attitude to help relieve some of the day-to-day pressures when they are working and especially when they are away from home. Due to their busy work schedules and commuting, they will require one overnight per week and one evening of babysitting each week. They would also like to find someone who is happy to travel with the family once or twice a year.
They are currently renovating their lovely Victorian home, which overlooks Victoria Park in Frome. They are within walking distance to all local amenities, shops, markets, bars, and lovely attractions of Frome. Your accommodation is a newly decorated double bedroom and private shower room in the house. This position would suit a junior nanny or someone who is looking to pursue a career in nannying after spending a few years in a childcare setting.
This is a permanent position.
