Roles and Responsibilities You’ll bring your expertise to: Conduct Management, Refurbishment, and Demolition surveys in accordance with HSG:264, ensuring compliance across a range of projects and building types. Perform air monitoring and inspection services associated with asbestos removal projects. Supervise asbestos removal works, providing expert advice and ensuring all operations meet Health and Safety standards. Deliver detailed, accurate reports and maintain excellent client relationships with a professional and personable approach. What We’re Looking For The ideal candidate will hold: BOHS P402, P403, and P404 qualifications (or equivalent). A minimum of two years of industry experience (preferred). A solid working knowledge of HSG:248 and HSG:264. Outstanding communication, client liaison, and report-writing skills with an unwavering focus on detail. A strong work ethic and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. A flexible approach to working hours and a full driving licence. IT proficiency (experience with TEAMs is advantageous but not essential as full training will be provided). What’s in It for You?
