We work on impactful campaigns that inspire individuals and businesses to make simple changes that prevent plastic pollution at source. We’re looking for a passionate and proactive Communications Co-ordinator to join our team and help us spread our message far and wide. The Brief We are looking to appoint an excellent event project manager with an impressive track record. Experience in the environmental sector is desirable but not essential. Working as an ambassador for City to Sea, you will be confident and professional in the way you manage the project between our in-house Global Reuse Summit team and external stakeholders, as well as the venue and suppliers. You will be effective in your use of Monday.com, our project management software, and able to deliver your brief within budget and on time. This will be a fast-paced project and an ability to be comfortable with change and multiple moving parts is essential. The brief will be managed and progress assessed in four blocks to ensure consistent results across the time frame. Project Management & other software tools Monday.com: adding all actions Sharepoint: Manage filing system so all assets are easy to access Beacon CRM Liaise with internal team Keep on actions and project on track, working with our in-house Global Reuse Summit team, covering these areas: Marketing Digital Platforms Social media Partnerships Liaise with external stakeholders, suppliers, venue Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely, quality delivery in budget Liaise with speakers to deliver a high-quality programme with support of CEO Speaker outreach Speaker scheduling Speaker booking Speaker briefing including toolkit distro Manage and control speaker expenses Speaker liaison (pre) event and during event Liaise with the venue to ensure all requirements are met on the day and the event is delivered on budget Record Keeping & Evaluation Curate information for post event evaluation with support of the team
