Position Title: Receptionist
Duration: 4months (Temp to hire)
Location: Boston MA 02114
Overview: Serve asthe primary point of contact for visitors and incoming callshandling reception duties efficiently. Manage mail and packagereception conference room reservations and provide light clericalsupport.
Responsibilities:
* Provide daily coverage at the reception desk executingvarious clerical tasks and receptionist duties for the Office ofAdministration & Finance and indirectly for EOHLC.
* Act as the initial point of contact for all incomingvisitors screening and processing them accordingly and notifyingthe relevant staff.
* Manage incoming phonecalls for the main EOHLC lines screening and directing calls to theappropriate division while ensuring accurate routing.
* Receive handdelivered mail FedEx/UPS packages and otherdeliveries efficiently.
* Register visitors forupcoming meetings and reserve conference room space using thetenant web portal Building Engines.
Requirements:
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to exercisesound judgment.
