Job description & Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide administration and recruitment support to HR Business Partner within the Fragrance & Beauty Industry.
2. Assist HR Business Partner in ensuring compliance with UK Employment Law.
3. Support HR requirements of all staff in the ‘field’, including analysing and compiling reports for sales & commissions.
4. Manage HR Administration and its systems, ensuring effective reporting and archiving.
5. Extensive experience in Payroll administration.
6. Compile requirements of all employees to ensure smooth running of processes and procedures.
7. Ensure Employment Compliance Legislation is adhered to.
8. Highlight any urgent HR processes to Managers.
9. Collate Sales and Commissions information to report to Commercial Director and HR Payroll Departments.
10. Implement processes & procedures which support Beauty Consultants across all locations.
11. Assist in arranging conference and HR-oriented meetings.
12. Follow procedures to ensure smooth running of HR Department.
13. Administer and follow up on Recruitment & Leavers processes.
14. Ensure HR team effectively leads cross-functional support within best practices.
Competences:
1. Excellent Communication Skills.
2. Efficient administration skills with high attention to detail.
3. Experience in Microsoft packages, particularly Word & Excel, plus good numerical skills.
4. Ability to work in a team in a fast-paced & challenging environment and meet deadlines.
5. Aptitude for flexibility and achieving high levels of workload.
6. Ability to effectively plan, organise, and prioritise workload.
7. Previous experience in an HR admin or administrative role.
