Bromley Hills Primary School is a one and a half form entry School based in Kingswinford.
This is an exciting opportunity to join Bromley Hills Primary School as a Full Time Experienced Site Manager.
This post is 37 Hours per week – All year round (Split Shift – to be discussed at Interview).
Main Purpose of the Job:
Under the direction of the Business Manager/Head Teacher, the Site Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day efficient and effective management of the site and related functions. This will involve:
* Contributing to the overall ethos, work, and aims of the school.
* Managing the site staff and site contractors (including cleaners).
* Being accountable for the general maintenance and upkeep of the school and buildings, managing building/repair works in liaison with the Business Manager, keeping appropriate logs, records, and reports.
* Taking responsibility for the security of the school from the start to the end of the school day.
* Taking a key role in Health and Safety.
