Role Overview:
This role involves supporting the Bids and Tenders team in all aspects of Bids and Tendering documents to secure projects with existing and new clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering high-quality proposals and cost estimates for projects, working closely with the Sales Team to acquire new works and maintain existing client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and deliver high-quality proposals and cost estimates for projects, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
* Support the Sales Team in preparing proposal documentation and estimates as required, and assist in the development of new client relationships.
* Maintain current client relationships and develop new ones, ensuring strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Requirements:
* Engineering degree desirable
* Knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
* Good communication skills
* GCSEs (or equivalent) grade A–C minimum
