As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our School, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to visitors and staff. This is an exciting role which includes the Administration of student Admissions, annual administrative management of the Census together with overseeing the smooth running of Open Mornings. Working as part of a close knit, friendly and supportive team, this is an ideal role for an expreience Administrator seeking a term time role. Duties - Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner - Answer and direct phone calls promptly - Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area - Manage incoming and outgoing mail - Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry Qualifications - Excellent communication skills - Strong organisational abilities - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) - Confident Minute Taker - Qualified First Aider (or happy to undertake relevant First Aider Training) - Previous experience in a customer-facing role is advantageous Application deadline: 23/09/2024
