What you'll do
1. Assist and support the Complaints manager in handling complaint investigations.
2. Assist with complaint-related administration.
3. Support Quality & Risk team and Fusion compliance with complaints.
The knowledge, experience and qualifications you need
1. A good level of knowledge of the Financial Services industry experience, preferably in retail / IFA environment.
2. Some understanding of FCA rules and their interpretation/application.
3. Highly developed analytical, observational, written and verbal communication skills.
4. Minimum of level 4 Diploma in regulated financial planning (or equivalent), with significant progress towards the achievement of further qualifications desired.
5. Relevant experience of dealing with complaints and complaints handling.
Compliance responsibilities
1. Liaise with other team members where relevant in respect of relevant complaints.
2. Assist in producing internal or external communications.
3. Assist in collating and assessing relevant management information (MI).
