Integration Installation and Support Engineer

Beckington based with a hybrid working pattern. Travel for this role will be required, working on naval platforms and travelling across the UK.

The role will primarily be to work individually or within a team on the installation, modification and repair of SEA’s integrated maritime systems that are installed on various classes of naval platforms. Additionally, the role will involve providing systems engineering support to design and develop the next of maritime systems.

What you will be doing:
1. Installation & Integration Engineering to include:
1. Installation of communications systems on platforms, including modifications and upgrades;
2. Defect clearance and Setting to Work on platforms.
3. In Service support activities;
4. Production of method statements, risk assessments and other documentation to support work activities.
5. Interface with customers and other organisations whilst working off-site;
1. Systems Engineering support to other Integrated Maritime Systems project activities as required, to include:
1. Provide Systems Engineering support across project lifecycles;
2. Production and review of technical documentation;
3. Technical investigation, integration and test activities;
Experience needed:
1. Willingness and ability to spend significant periods of time working off-site at customer premises throughout the UK and overseas when required.
2. Previous Systems Engineering experience.
3. Full UK drivers license.
4. Must be able to obtain SC clearance.
