A fantastic opportunity to work for a globally-recognised law firm as Legal PA has just become available! Based in Birmingham city centre, the successful applicant will work alongside other PAs and Directors and Partners within the Litigation team providing outstanding support to the fee earners, working for a global firm with excellent benefits. This role will be hybrid with three days in the office and two days at home.Key responsibilities of the role will include:
1. Overseeing the end-to-end billing process, including creating standard bills and disbursements, raising credit notes and amending narratives
2. Managing the teams’ inbox in an efficient and proactive manner
3. Coordinating both internal and external meetings; booking rooms and facilities, liaising with attendees, and preparing and collating agendas
4. National and international travel management including arranging hotels, flights and transfers
5. Overseeing document drafting, production and management
6. File production and management; archiving, opening and closing files, and overseeing document drafting and production
7. Providing general administrative support to the fee earners, and supporting projects on an ad-hoc basis when required, for example managing bundles and assisting during team events
Applicants must have previous Legal PA experience within a professional services environment.
