This is a role where you will be able to work on a hybrid basis between their office and your home.
As a Commercial Account Handler your responsibilities will include:
1. Handling renewals and adjustments with Business customers directly
2. Negotiating with Insurers/Underwriters to get the most appropriate cover for your clients at the best price
3. Supporting and preparing renewal quotations for Account Executives
4. Updating risk information
5. Liaising with Account Executives
6. Processing general customer enquiries, handling policy alterations and new and additional Insurance products
7. Securing renewals whilst ensuring Company Standards/FCA requirements are met
8. Occasional client visits with the Account Executives
To be a successful Commercial Account Handler you will have:
9. Experience and knowledge of general Commercial insurance products
10. A desire to develop strong Client and Insurer relationships
11. Drive and enthusiasm to provide fantastic customer service to all clients
12. Confident and effective communication and interpersonal skills
13. The ability to manage your own workload and prioritise accordingly
