We are seeking a skilled and motivated ServiceNow Developer. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in designing and implementing customised ServiceNow solutions, with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
This role can be worked from London (preference) or Leeds, Liverpool, Nottingham, South Tyneside, Cardiff, Ipswich or Brighton.
Key accountabilities:
1. Review and evaluate requests captured by the team requiring development in ServiceNow to ensure feasibility, and where applicable, implement these requests on the platform in alignment with best practices.
2. Collaborate effectively with the existing team to ensure the successful and timely completion of the Xanadu upgrade, minimising risks and maintaining thorough documentation throughout the process.
3. Provide expert technical guidance to facilitate the migration from ServiceNow to HaloITSM, ensuring the project meets client deadlines and requirements.
4. Proactively identify opportunities for platform optimisation and recommend innovative solutions to enhance overall functionality.
Key requirements:
1. Demonstrated experience in developing customised ServiceNow environments.
2. Strong knowledge of best practices and industry standards in ServiceNow development.
3. Proficiency in guiding and executing complex migration projects involving ServiceNow and other ITSM platforms.
SC highly desirable; candidates with active SC clearance will be fast-tracked.
