What you’ll do
You will provide strong case management advice to line managers, supporting them through complex people matters to achieve the best outcomes for both the business and individuals. Working as part of a large HR team, you will confidently make decisions and support managers in difficult people decisions. You will manage a portfolio of cases, prioritize activities based on case needs, and collaborate with senior management to ensure effective case management. You will monitor and advise on absence management and support the HRBP in developing, monitoring, and reviewing policies aligned with current legislation and best practices on issues such as working conditions, performance management, equal opportunities, disciplinary procedures, and absence management.
Qualifications
What you need
* A minimum of 3 years HR Advisor experience in a fast-paced organization.
* Experience working in a multi-site organization.
* CIPD part-qualified or related qualification (support available to continue your qualifications).
* Strong influencing skills and ability to work with all stakeholder levels.
* Experience with complex TUPE transfers, providing advice and guidance.
* Up-to-date knowledge of employment law.
* Ability to work independently on casework.
