Reports to: Head of Brand & Communication
Location: Our HQ is in Crawley. We encourage everyone to be in an office for 40% of their working hours, but provide flexibility with this dependent on personal circumstances and geographical location. Purpose of role:
Support the sales team and wider business by developing high-quality sales collateral and digital marketing content, utilizing design software and AI-powered tools to enhance creativity, efficiency, and impact.
Role Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing & AI-Enhanced Content
* Create and manage content for website, social media, email marketing, and digital ads.
* Utilize AI-powered copywriting tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Copy.ai) to generate engaging content and optimize SEO.
* Develop and execute targeted digital campaigns (e.g., LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, HubSpot marketing automation).
* Design professional and visually compelling sales collateral, including brochures, presentations, case studies, and pitch decks.
* Use tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), Canva, or Figma to create marketing assets.
* Leverage AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, DALL·E, Adobe Firefly, RunwayML) to enhance visuals and optimize creative workflows.
Events & Partner Marketing
* Support industry conferences and trade shows, ensuring the company has high-quality marketing materials for exhibitors, attendees, and speakers.
* Collaborate with partners and sales teams to tailor marketing assets for specific client needs.
Brand & Communication
* Ensure all sales and marketing materials align with brand guidelines, maintaining a professional and consistent voice.
* Develop creative storytelling techniques to highlight solar thermal solutions and their impact.
Person Specification:
* Passionate about sustainability, renewable energy, and the energy transition.
* A creative thinker with strong visual design skills and a keen eye for detail.
* Comfortable working with AI tools and emerging digital design technologies.
* Strong communication and storytelling abilities, able to simplify technical concepts for different audiences.
* Well-organized, able to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications & Experience
* 2-3 years of experience in marketing, design, or digital content creation.
* Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, or Figma.
* Experience using AI-powered design and content creation tools (e.g., Midjourney, ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly).
* Track record of delivering B2B digital marketing campaigns with measurable impact.
* Experience in renewable energy technology or sustainability-focused businesses.
* Knowledge of solar thermal technology and its applications.
* Experience working in a high-growth startup or scale-up environment.
Remuneration: Starting at £40,000 per annum
