The Position:
The Sales Account Manager will work to grow new business for custom automated manufacturing solutions in the nuclear industry. The incumbent will establish a sales plan, actively pursue business at new/existing accounts and manage the sales process for new opportunities.

What You’ll Be Doing:
* Develop and maintain strategic plans for business development and account management to grow presence and strengthen partnerships with key accounts.
* Prospect and qualify new accounts within target industry sectors and regions to expand the client base.
* Lead the proposal process by utilizing sales tools and procedures, ensuring timely and high-quality proposal delivery that meets customer needs.
* Prepare and present unique capabilities and solutions to potential clients and represent the company at industry trade shows.
* Maintain regular communication with key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction, gather feedback, and promote next steps for project advancement.
What We’re Looking For:
* An educational background in Engineering or a related discipline.
* At least 3 years of experience in a technical outside sales role.
* Prior experience in the automation or nuclear industry.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* A highly motivated self-starter.
* Willingness to travel within the USA and Canada, up to 50% of the time.
