You will play a vital role in promoting effective communication skills among students and help them overcome communication and educational challenges.
As a SENDCo/Special Education Needs and Disabilities Coordinator, you will have:
1. Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
2. QTS (ECTs are also welcomed)
3. Experience of working with pupils on the Autistic Spectrum
4. SENDCo Qualification
5. SENDCo or Deputy SENDCo experience
