Part-Time Payroll Administrator
Join one of the UK's leading recruitment agencies as a Payroll Administrator, based in our dynamic Birmingham office in Edgbaston.
As a Payroll Administrator, you'll play a key role in processing weekly payroll for temporary workers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness, and supporting our invoicing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Process weekly payroll by accurately entering timesheet data
2. Candidate and client compliance
3. Liaising between clients and temporary workers
4. Analyse timesheet hours for accuracy
5. Enter temporary worker information into the system
6. Answering incoming calls
7. Processing holidays and leaver requests
8. Handle payroll and invoicing queries
9. Assist with general office duties such as filing, scanning and photocopying
10. Use Excel, Word, and Email effectively for various tasks
What We're Looking For:
1. Strong communication skills, with a professional and friendly manner
2. Excellent customer service skills
3. Ability to work efficiently in a busy office environment and meet deadlines
4. Good time management skills
5. Previous payroll experience is advantageous but not essential
Hours:
1. Monday: 08:00 - 17:00
2. Tuesday: 08:00 - 17:00
3. Friday: 08:00 - 17:00
Salary:
£12.21 per hour
